Pedal your way to better cardiovascular health while building leg and core strength in this low-impact workout on a stationary bike. The class will be composed of 30 minutes of spin and 15 minutes of core and stretching. All fitness levels are welcome to attend. Class will meet in the Spin Room in the Gym Complex. A second
8-week class may be added depending on the instructor's availability.
8 Sessions/1 hour per session. (Class will meet on Wednesday, the week of 1/19).
