Try private guitar lessons and receive individual attention. Lessons are good for first timers or someone wanting to get back into it. You will learn about chords, importance of melody, advice for different styles of music, note reading, music theory, and music history. You will learn fingerpicking and work with a pick. Nylon string classical or steel string guitars. No electric guitars. Please make sure your guitar is in good working order prior to class (strings, tuned, action). Ages 8 & up are welcome to register for private lessons. 5 one-hour lessons for $150. Available lesson times are Tuesday or Wednesday. Flexible scheduling-call Ginger at 501.760.4156 to arrange. Available all semester and summer; registration required.
