This course is a continuation from Basic Electrical Controls 1 and will utilize the Controls 1 textbook that was purchased and will be conducted through a combination of lecture and hands-on instruction. This is the perfect course for people adding electrical knowledge to their electrical skillset. Topics covered are: " Contactors " Motor Starters " DC Motors " AC Motors " Reversing Motors " Timers and Counters " Motor Stopping Methods " Motor Load, Torque, and Power Quality " Reduced Voltage Starting Circuits " DC Power Sources " Semiconductor Devices " Photocells " Solid State Relays These are Pre-requisite courses to PLC Level 1, VFD, PLC Level 2 and PLC Level 3(Servo)

Notes:

This class will increase your knowledge and understanding of the ControlLogix 5000 controller capabilities using the Studio 5000 program documentation software. This hands-on class presents a deeper understanding to project development tasks and applications. This will include creating and organizing an RSLogix5000 project, creating new programs, routines, periodic event tasks and applications. In addition, you will configure Addon instructions, User Defined Data Tables, Producer Consumer Messaging and PID
