This course equips food and beverage staff with the core skills needed
to support efficient, high-quality operations. Participants explore menu
development, cost control, and budgeting to strengthen day-to-day
decision-making. Training also covers the fundamentals of beverage
service and mixology, as well as responsible service practices,
procedure development, and compliance awareness. Designed for
aspiring F&B team members preparing for greater responsibility, this
course builds confidence in managing quality, consistency, and
guest-focused service.
