Enjoy an introductory Quilling course (aka paper filigree, filigree, paper-rolling and paper-scrolling). You will learn a variety of the basic shapes, techniques and the tools while making a floral themed card. Tools and materials included. This course is designed for beginners; however, all experience levels are welcome.
