Fitness: Pickleball for Beginners

Learn the basics of the fastest growing sport in the country. Topics covered will include game rules, terminology, primary skills, coordination, beginner court time, and more. This course will help you develop technique and strategy while practicing with those of similar skill level. Please bring your pickleball paddles and balls. Court shoes are required (no black soles). This course will take place at the YMCA located at 130 Werner Street, Hot Springs, AR 71913.
