Join us for this welcoming, beginner-friendly course designed for anyone who wants to learn how to cook simple, satisfying meals without the stress. Taught by entertainer and former jazz club owner Tommy Stanco, this course blends practical instruction with a fun, relaxed atmosphere. You'll start with the fundamentals-how to set up your kitchen for success, essential food safety practices, and smart grocery shopping strategies that save time and money. Each session features hands-on preparation, including Classic Glazed Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, a perfect homemade pizza, simple no-churn ice cream, Caramel Ginger Chicken thighs, Chicken Breast Lazone, and savory Steak Chile Colorado. Enjoy the meals you create each week-proving that with a little guidance, anyone can cook and eat well. This course is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build practical kitchen skills in a supportive, enjoyable environment. A $20 supply fee is due at the first class.
