Safety - Jiujitsu/MMA Basics

This beginner level course will cover the basics of jiujitsu and striking. You will learn techniques on self-defense and for escaping harmful situations. Please wear a rash guard and yoga pants or shorts to class. All skill levels are welcome to participate. Ages 12 and up are welcome.
