In this course you will learn to make pies from start to finish with handmade crust and delicious filling. With the knowledge from this one-day class you will be ready to impress at your next gathering. You will make your own beautiful pie to take home. Please bring a container for your pie. The course will take place in NPC's state of the art teaching kitchen.
