Robusto mangiare! Discover the history and flavors of Sicily while making versatile recipes including homemade Ricotta, Pepperonta Agrodolce (sweet and sour peppers), and Marsala Sauce. This course will be taught by NPC's Hospitality and Tourism Management instructor, Eve Victory. The course will include introductory time followed by a full scale lab where you will make your own batches of product to take home. The course will take place in NPC's state of the art teaching kitchen and will conclude with a delicious meal in celebration of your teamwork.
