This course is designed for women 50 years of age and older. During this course you will be enlightened on what aging involves in today's world. Topics covered will include physical and mental changes, self-image, nutrition, tips to live a long and productive life and much more. You will take a humorous look at the myths and the realities of aging and the beliefs commonly held and what is actually true.
