What you tell yourself on a daily basis is what you will become. This course will teach you how to track your subconscious to the conscious mind. You will learn how to keep from beating yourself up, that the body and mind work as one unit, the heart determines how you talk to yourself and more. Once you join the subconscious to the conscious mind, you will be able to accomplish anything you set your mind to!
