Have you ever asked yourself; where am I in life today, and what do I want in life? If so then this class is for you. This course is full of a practical options and life choices to help you live longer. Consider a lifelong strategy so you may not miss out on 10 good, healthy years. Live a happy and long life using these simple tactics. A good life is result of good relationships that makes us more happy, healthy and help us live longer. Students will create a health pyramid that is customized to their unique health needs and focus. The purpose of this course is to ensure your path to LOOK GOOD and FEEL GREAT. This is accomplished using a system of constant and continual progress. Learn about beauty tips, a healthy diet, healthy snack ideas, and real life examples of real successes from prominent professionals. Join the course and set personal health goals. All the materials and videos will be available online for a limited time. This course is available both in person and online.
