Leadership development is recognized as exceedingly relevant, and proficient leaders are in high demand. Creating a non-credit training program to attain life-long, durable skills is essential to building Hot Springs’s workforce.
NPC Workforce Development is introducing the Leadership Academy, a comprehensive training program to build leadership competencies and thrive as future leaders.
The training program:
Encompasses 30-hours of durable skills training to learn and grow leadership capabilities.
Fosters professional development and personal growth.
Embraces a well-rounded core competency curriculum to thrive as future leaders.
Transforms rising leaders and prepares them as future leaders outside the scope of a credit program.
This results in a Certificate of Completion in Leadership Competencies from NPC Leadership Academy equating to 3.00 CEU credit hours.
