Homemade gingerbread can not be beat unless you make it a gingerbread trifle! Learn to make gingerbread, white chocolate mousse and fruit sauce to make this showstopper dessert. This course will be taught by NPC’s Hospitality and Tourism Management instructor, Eve Victory. The course will include introductory time followed by a full scale lab where you will make your own batches of product to take home. The course will take place in NPC’s state of the art teaching kitchen and will conclude with a delicious meal in celebration of your teamwork.
