Savory, salty, spicy and sweet. Learn the secrets of Thai cooking and make traditional Tom Kha Gai (coconut chicken soup) and Pad Thai (stir fry noodles). This course will be taught by NPC’s Hospitality and Tourism Management instructor, Eve Victory. The course will include introductory time followed by a full scale lab where you will make your own batches of product to take home. The course will take place in NPC’s state of the art teaching kitchen and will conclude with a delicious meal in celebration of your teamwork.
