Learn how easy it is to improve your mental, physical, and spiritual health by simply breathing. During this course, you will discover how to change your response to stress by breathing in patterns to create a sense of calm, reducing cortisol levels, lower feelings of anxiety and depression, and use healing breathing rhythms to consciously overcome past trauma. You will leave this course an efficient breather to maintain alertness, be more energized, and harness the power of intention. Students are encouraged to bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing.
