With the Microsoft Minecraft education curriculum, students will learn computer science in a fun and engaging environment while using the all-time favorite game, Minecraft. Minecraft has over 140 million active users and is a common go-to for both young and older students. The curriculum promotes and encourages a coding mindset while teaching computational problem-solving skills. The students will learn the core concepts of programming in Minecraft using the convenience of block-style coding. The skills learned in this curriculum can later be transferred into careers in the gaming/e-sports or general computer science fields.
