If you are interested in learning how to walk, jog or run then this class is for you. Join Coach Mike Prince and learn the basics of becoming a runner/walker and the various aspects of physical conditioning. You will learn how to improve your body’s physical abilities by learning how to use different muscle groups, increase aerobic capacity, improve speed, and learn how to find the right pace. This course is geared towards beginners but all skill and fitness levels are welcome to participate. No class 3/20 or 3/22.
