CNC Mill Set-Up & Operations
The CNC Set-Up & Operations class will cover topics that include introduction to the CNC Coordinate System and how to calculate positions, G codes with feeds and speeds, controller basics, how to real calipers and micrometers, machine set up and run parts. You will manufactgure simple parts using a HAAS TM1p CNC milling machine and will gain the experience of performing quality control inspections before, during and after CNC operations. Subjects will be taught through a cobination of lecture, discussion and hands on projects
