If you are new to cooking, a bachelor or tired of fast food, this hands-on course is for you. During this unique and humorous course, entertainer Tommy Stanco will use his creative skills to teach you to feed yourself in style on a budget. Topics include setting up your kitchen, spice rack, food safety and learn what items in your kitchen are indispensable. You will learn simple knife skills, preparation and cleaning techniques, food storage, how to shop for groceries, and much more. Students will cook Mexican, Italian, Oriental and American theme foods. A $20 supply fee is due to the instructor at the first class meeting.
