Explore the herb and spice profiles of Asian cuisine; and learn the techniques to make authentic starter and main dishes right in your own home. This course will be taught by NPC's instructor, Eve Victory. The course will include introductory time followed by a full-scale lab where you will make your own batches of product to take home, and conclude with a delicious meal in celebration of your teamwork.
