Culinary Arts - Play with Your Dough - Cream Puffs

These courses will teach you the basics and versatility of bread and pastry dough. You will learn: the characteristics of doughs; mixing methods; the differences in ingredient types; the properties of leaveners; how gluten effects your baked goods; and tips and techniques to make your doughs the best they can be. This course will be taught by NPC's instructor, Eve Victory. The course will include introductory time followed by a full-scale lab in a state-of-the-art kitchen where you will make your own batches of product to take home.
