Engage all of your senses in this Culinary Bootcamp. During this four-course series you will learn All About the Dough, and will enjoy a hands-on team experience led by NPC’s Hospitality & Tourism Management instructor, Eve Victory. Each session will focus on a certain type of dough making and will include some introductory time in the classroom followed by a full-scale lab, where you will make your own batches of product to take home. Each lab will be held in a state-of-the-art teaching kitchen. Each
session will complete with a teamwork exercise of prepping and sharing a delicious meal together. Topics covered will include Pasta; Scones, Curds and Breads; Sweet and Savory, and Cream Puffs.
